    Cancellations & Refunds

    We have a flexible and customer-first refund and cancellation policy as detailed below for tour package services booking

    • From payment date till 45 days prior to start date - 90 % of the booking cost will be refunded.
    • From payment date till 30 days prior to start date - 80 % of the booking cost will be refunded.
    • From payment date till 15 days prior to start date - Amount Refunded from the hotels will be refunded.
    • No refund applicable if you are cancelling with in a window 15 days before your start date.
    • No refund applicable on bookings in peak season (December 1 to January 15).
    • No refund applicable on extended holiday (3 day) weekends in India and Deepavali holidays every year.


    Refunds are always made through the same mode of payment in which you made the original payment.

    Please note that there may be some variations in the percentage depending on your travel dates and the hotels where you have been booked. However we will try to refund you as much package cost as possible.


    General terms of use/Privacy Policy

    • 1.  Indus holidays reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service.
    • 2.   Indus holidays values the privacy of information pertaining to its associates. We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to our website or any information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside sources.
    • 3.   Indus holidays reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
    • 4.   All rates mentioned on this site are rough estimates and do not qualify as offers. Your offer will be a personalised quote sent on enquiry for your dates and requirement.
    • 5.   Indus holidays will not use information about you without your permission and will provide the means for you to manage and control the information that you have provided. We will enable you to communicate your privacy concerns to us and that we will respond to them appropriately.
    • 6.   Indus holidays does not disclose any personal information to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes that could be used to personally identify you, such as your password, credit card number and bank account number.
    • 7.   If at any time during the continuance of any service the performance in whole or in part is prevented or delayed by reasons of a Force Majeure event, then from the date of occurrence of such event, there shall not be any claim against Indus holidays for damages, or any liability against it, in respect of such non-performance or delayed performance. For the purposes of a service, Force Majeure means and includes any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Indus holidays including war, hostility, fires, floods, explosives, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, hartals, bandh, lock outs, compliance with orders or instructions of any court, statutory or governmental interventions or any other acts of State or God.
