Explore the capital of Seychelles, the city of Victoria

  • Full Day After breakfast, get into our chauffeured private vehicle for a guided city tour of Seychelles
  • Visit the National Museum of History, which is housed in the restored colonial-era Supreme Court building built in the 19th century.
  • Next, visit the bustling Sir Selwyn Selwyn-Clarke Market where you can shop for clothes, and other local souvenirs
  • Click a picture of the Clock Tower, the focal point of the city, a replica of the clock tower on London’s Vauxhall Bridge
  • Optionally, if you are an art aficionado, you can visit the Kaz Zanana, an art gallery housed in a traditional Creole building. The artworks are for sale.
  • Visit the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception- an imposing cathedral noted for its portal and colonnaded facade, along with Domus- an extraordinary building which is now the priests’ residence and a national monument.
  • Towards the evening, hike the Copolia trail for a spectacular view of Mahe’s east coast.
  • Continue on Sans Souci road to hit the west coast and enjoy a relaxing sunset by the beach

The South of Mahe

  • Full Day After breakfast, get into our chauffeured private vehicle to see the South of Mahe
  • The first stop would be the Craft Village. The products are very reasonably priced.
  • Drive to Takamaka rum distillery which produces the famous- you guessed it- Takamaka rum.
  • If you travel further south, you have the Anse Bazarca, Anse Petite Police and Anse Grande Police beaches to explore.
  • Drive back to your hotel and relax for the day with a dinner.

Praslin island day trip

  • MORNING Have an early breakfast and transfer to the port for boarding the ferry to Praslin
  • At Praslin, get chauffeured to the Vallee de Mai- a UNESCO world heritage site- home to the famous Coco de Mer palm.
  • You get to see some unique plant and animal species on your tour of this nature reserve.
  • Our next stop is Anse Lazio, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world- where you can have a delicious seafood lunch by the beach
  • Spend the rest of the evening at leisure by the beach
  • After sunset, transfer back to the port for your ferry back to Mahe
  • Drive back to your hotel and relax for the day with a dinner.
