DAY 01 – KOCHI
This magical city called the ‘Queen of the Arabian Sea’ with its spice markets, historic synagogues, palaces, walkways and beaches will inspire and delight. The city offers a treasure trove of sights including the imposing Santa Cruz basilica built by the Portuguese, Jewish Synagogue, Fort Kochi, Chinese fishing nets and Mattancherry Palace. Go walk the alleys and stroll past shops along Jew Street with its array of authentic antique shops or sniff out the spice markets. Boating in the Arabian Sea or if that seems like hard work lazing around the beach and indulging in the lip smacking cuisine makes for a great time.
Sightseeing Options: Santa Cruz basilica, St. Francis Church, Fort Kochi Beach, Chinese fishing nets, Mattancherry palace, Jew Street and more.
DAY 02 & DAY 03 – MUNNAR
Leave urban life behind and head to the lush and dramatic Munnar hills. In this former getaway of the colonial British soak up the tranquility and head out to the verdant tea plantations to taste the local brew. For a slow pace you could explore the treasures of the exquisite tea museum or head to Top station and Lockhart Gap to take a snap of some amazing vistas. The wildlife enthusiast could catch a glimpse of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr or the more adventurous could kick back on a boat cruise at Mattupetty. If nothing else, scream at the top of your voice at echo point and hear your voice resounding through the hills. Spend the evenings witnessing rural kerala life firsthand, shopping for goodies or being treated to the Kerala cuisine possibly accompanied by live music and dance.
A few premium experiences you could consider at Munnar would be perhaps book into a cooking class to learn the secrets of Kerala cuisine, stretching out at Yoga and Meditation classes or venturing out to experience Indian spirituality.

DAY 04 – THEKKADY Kick back on a boat cruise on the Periyar Lake while soaking in the immense natural beauty of the tropical forests. Get lucky with the sight of elephant herds, bison, deer or the majestic Indian tiger itself. Journey out for a fragrant spice plantation tour and witness the processing of coveted produce or shop for them at Kumily. The adventure enthusiasts could consider Bamboo rafting, Elephant safari, camping in the forest or trailing the tiger in the reserve. You could also set off to Gavi, stay in the scenic environs of an eco lodge and trek thereby increasing chances for a wildlife encounter. Evenings could be a good time to experience a Kathakali show or indulge in the lip smacking Kerala cuisine.

DAY 05 – ALAPUZHA/KUMARAKOM This idyllic and lazy village set in a maze of complex lush waterways has a gentle pace of a life which rejuvenates your soul as you take in the stunning views of nature. Venture out on a village tour through myriad hamlets set in the vistas of paddy fields and small cottage industries or go fishing. Don’t miss out on the chance to taste the traditional alcoholic drink ‘toddy’ and munch on the exquisite cuisine in the small local eateries. If that seems tedious, set off to an Ayurvedic spa and rejuvenate or visit the bird sanctuary. If you are here at the right time, experience the electrifying snake boat race first hand!
Kumarakom Sightseeing Options: Drift museum, Bird Sanctuary, Kottayam shopping Alapuzha Sightseeing Options: Alapuzha beach, Krishnapuram palace DAY 06 – BACK TO KOCHI In the morning a picturesque 2 hour drive from Alapuzha/Kumarakom to reach Kochi and Transfer back to Airport / Rail Station. **Note: Kumarakom & Alapuzha are Kerala villages with similar topography and are located on either side of the Vembanad Lake |

• Houseboat check in at 12 Noon and cruise till 6 PM. Boat will be anchored till 6 AM and cruises for checkout at 9 AM. For A/C houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9 PM to 6 AM only.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation done from the booking date till seven days prior to the departure date, charges are 30% of the package cost
• Cancellation done from three days to seven days prior to the departure date, charges are 50% of the package cost
• Cancellation done twenty four hours to three days prior to departure date, charges are 75% of the packages cost
• Cancellation done less than twenty four hours prior to the departure date, charges are 100% of the package cost
