DAY 01 & DAY 02 – KOVALAM / VARKALA
Arrival at Trivandrum and transfer to Kovalam/Varkala
Chilled out and picturesque, this getaway is the perfect place to escape for an idyllic beach break. Kick off your party shoes and relax with a cocktail on the sun kissed beach in the background of the swaying palms. Wander through fishing villages, discover temples or swim/ snorkel to see some underwater life. If you are in the mood for off-beat, hire a cycle and explore the hinterland and capture some amazing views enroute. Do not forget to try the favorite snacks like banana fry and vadas at the coffee shops. If nothing else you get the best of Ayurvedic treatments around here or try your luck with some artifact shopping in the curio shops around here.

Varkala Sightseeing Options: Varkala beach, Anjengo Fort, Varkala tunnel and more.
DAY 03 – ALAPUZHA/KUMARAKOM
This idyllic and lazy village set in a maze of complex lush waterways has a gentle pace of a life which rejuvenates your soul as you take in the stunning views of nature. Venture out on a village tour through myriad hamlets set in the vistas of paddy fields and small cottage industries or go fishing. Don’t miss out on the chance to taste the traditional alcoholic drink ‘toddy’ and munch on the exquisite cuisine in the small local eateries. If that seems tedious, set off to an Ayurvedic spa and rejuvenate or visit the bird sanctuary. If you are here at the right time, experience the electrifying snake boat race first hand!

Alapuzha Sightseeing Options: Alapuzha beach, Krishnapuram palace
DAY 04 & DAY 05 – KOCHI
This magical city called the ‘Queen of the Arabian Sea’ with its spice markets, historic synagogues, palaces, walkways and beaches will inspire and delight. The city offers a treasure trove of sights including the imposing Santa Cruz basilica built by the Portuguese, Jewish Synagogue, Fort Kochi, Chinese fishing nets and Mattancherry Palace. Go walk the alleys and stroll past shops along Jew Street with its array of authentic antique shops or sniff out the spice markets. Go boating in the Arabian Sea or if that seems like hard work lazing around the beach and indulging in the lip smacking cuisine makes for a great time..
Sightseeing Options: Santa Cruz basilica, St. Francis Church, Fort Kochi Beach, Chinese fishing nets, Mattancherry palace, Jew Street and more.
Transfer to Railway station / Airport from Kochi.

• Kumarakom & Alapuzha are Kerala villages with similar topography and are located on either side of the Vembanad Lake
• Kovalam & Varkala are beaches with lot of similarities towards the southern coast of Kerala near Trivandrum.

• The package does not include guide services; same can be availed at an additional cost

• Normal check in & check out time at hotels/ resorts is 12 PM.
• Houseboat check in at 12 Noon and cruise till 6 PM. Boat will be anchored till 6 AM and cruises for checkout at 9 AM. For A/C houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9 PM to 6 AM only.
• The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends

• Indus Holidays reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation done from the booking date till seven days prior to the departure date, charges are 30% of the package cost
• Cancellation done from three days to seven days prior to the departure date, charges are 50% of the package cost
• Cancellation done twenty four hours to three days prior to departure date, charges are 75% of the packages cost
• Cancellation done less than twenty four hours prior to the departure date, charges are 100% of the package cost
